Your name, email, phone (where provided), business details and what you are trying to solve — so VitaFlex can respond to your request.
For vacancy postings: the business’s details and the position. For the professional network: your name, contact details, skills and experience, and a link to your CV or portfolio — only with your consent, and used for matching you with opportunities.
The business name, industry, address and website you enter into the Business Diagnostic, and — only if you choose to request a conversation — your name and contact details plus the conversation context, so the team can follow up.
The site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Administrator sessions use a browser-local session only; nothing is stored on your device between visits.
Contact and conversation requests are used to respond to that person. VitaFlex does not promise a specific response time.
Business details support a written proposal with scope and price, the service agreement, and onboarding for engagements.
During an engagement, the business information in the CRM is used to deliver the agreed services and reporting. Candidate information is used only for the talent matching you consented to.
Information collected through this website is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Signed agreements are stored privately for the duration of the engagement.
Form submissions and CRM records are stored in a Google Spreadsheet and signed agreements in a Google Drive folder, both administered by VitaFlex. Google’s own infrastructure processes that storage under its terms.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes the standard technical data that comes with serving a website (such as logs); it is not used by VitaFlex for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Only authorized VitaFlex administrators can access submissions and CRM records. Candidate and partner details are never published and are visible to administrators only.
Records are kept while the relationship is active and for as long as needed afterward for service, legal or accounting purposes. You may ask VitaFlex to review or delete your information at any time.
