Businesses post vacancies through a dedicated form; professionals join the network with their own consent; and the program’s value is in the matching, the preparation and the follow-through after placement.

How are candidate details handled?

Professionals join the network voluntarily and with explicit consent. Candidate information is private, handled under the Privacy Policy, and never published without the person’s authorization.

What happens after a professional is placed?
